Combination head screws accept slotted or phillips head screwdrivers. Can be mounted on 3-1/4 inch or 4 inch box. Short chain with 3 foot braided cord connector and bell end included. 660-watt/250-volt. UL (Underwriter’s Laboratories) listed.
